How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, Singapore orders are delivered by our partnered courier within 1-3 working days.
For both Singapore and international orders, you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its progress in real time.
During peak seasons and promotions, dispatch and delivery times may be extended. We’ll keep you updated on our website and social media if delays occur.
Can I return or exchange my items?
Each piece in our collection is hand-sewn in small batches, and every item goes through a quality check before it leaves us. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, fit, or preference.
