Made to Fit.

       Made to be Loved.

We work closely with our manufacturers to refine each piece, from the cut and proportions to the little details. We also take the time to try and test our fabrics and fits ourselves before bringing them to you, making sure every piece meets our standards for softness, comfort and wearability.

To help you find your best fit, we’ve included a detailed size guide with measurements for each piece. As every design is uniquely made, we recommend checking the individual measurements before placing your order.

And because well-loved pieces deserve a little care, we’ve included simple care recommendations to help preserve the softness, shape and beauty of your Eden Threads favourites.

How to Measure Your Body

The size guide serves as a general guideline to help you fine your size for our garments. Exact measurements vary with each style. To find your size, all you need is a measuring tape and start measuring your bust, waist and hips circumferences.

Bust     Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape running straight and level around your body.

Waist   Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline. Keep the tape running straight and level around the body.

Hips      Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape running straight and level around your body.

Caring For Your Pieces

Tip #1

Using gentle machine cycle

Treat your pieces gently — a delicate machine cycle helps to retain the softness, shape and beauty of your favourite pieces. The slower, gentler spins also help minimise friction on printed areas, encourages more even dye distribution and can leave your pieces with fewer wrinkles.

Tip #2

Protecting the garments

Turn your pieces inside out and place them in mesh laundry bags. This simple step helps protect delicate fabrics, lace, trims and surface details from friction and snagging, while also helping to preserve the colour and shape of your favourite pieces.

Tip #3

Preserving the colours

Wash your pieces with similar shades and avoid mixing light with dark or richly dyed pieces to help keep them looking fresh and true to colour. For darker prints or deeper colours, adding colour catcher sheets can help absorb excess dye in the wash and reduce the chance of colour transfer.

Tip #4

Maintaining the fabric

Use cold water to wash your delicate pieces to keep them soft and to preserve the colours and prints. Use a mild pH-neutral detergent without fabric softeners, enzymes or optical brighteners, as these can be harsher on the exquisite pieces.

Tip #5

What about washing by hand?

Washing by hand may not be the most practical or time-efficient option for many of us. A gentle machine cycle helps remove excess water more evenly, allowing your pieces to dry faster and more cleanly without putting unnecessary strain on the fibres, and skipping the harsh twisting and wringing — especially with soft, lightweight fabrics.

Less retained water also means less time sitting damp, which can help prevent dyes from settling unevenly as the garment dries. Simply take your pieces out of the machine promptly, reshape gently and lay or hang them to dry in shade.
